Kareena Kapoor Khan recently grabbed eyeballs in an Indo-western dress. The actress attended an event to officially announce the Kareena Kapoor Khan Film Festival on completing 25 years in the film industry. Kareena donned a vintage Banarasi saree drape from designer Amit Aggarwal’s Antevorta collection. The ensemble featured an off-shoulder design and delicate micro-pleating. She completed her look with statement pieces and subtle makeup.

According to celebrity stylist Rhea Kapoor, “This Amit Aggarwal piece was made by restoring the textile through meticulous pleating and restoration practices without cutting the actual saree. It is reimagined as a modern saree drape to maintain the integrity of the original textile and its purpose.”
