Aamir Khan surprises Amitabh Bachchan with a special gift on KBC

Amitabh Bachchan received a touching surprise during a special Kaun Banega Crorepati episode when Aamir Khan presented him with his wedding invitation from 1973. Amitabh married Jaya Bachchan on June 3, 1973, in an intimate ceremony. Aamir revealed the treasured card, featuring a special note from Amitabh’s parents, Harivansh Rai Bachchan and Teji Bachchan, as a birthday gift for the legendary actor.

The wedding invite read, “The marriage of our son Amitabh & Jaya, daughter of Shri Taroon Coomar Bhaduri, was solemnized on Sunday, the 3rd June, 1973 at Bombay. Your blessings are solicited.” Aamir proudly handed over the card to Amitabh, playfully claiming it as proof of his status as Amitabh’s number one fan.

Amitabh and Jaya, who dated for a few years before tying the knot, have two children, Abhishek and Shweta, along with three grandchildren.
