Rajinikanth gets discharged from the hospital in Chennai

Superstar Rajinikanth was reportedly discharged from Apollo hospital in Chennai on Thursday night. He was recently admitted to the hospital for a planned procedure after suffering from severe stomachache.
As per reports on a leading news portal, medical officials revealed that he was treated for a swelling in the main blood vessel leaving his heart (Aorta).

The hospital’s bulletin read, “Mr Rajinikanth was admitted to Apollo Hospitals, Greams Road, on 30th September 2024. He had a swelling in the main blood vessel leaving his heart (Aorta), which was treated by a non-surgical transcatheter method.”
The bulletin further revealed that Rajinikanth is stable after the procedure.
On the work front, Rajinikanth has been filming for Coolie directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. He is set to star in Vettaiyan alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil and others. The film releases on October 10.
