After The Buckingham Murders, Kareena Kapoor Khan is gearing up for the release of Singham Again. The Rohit Shetty directorial features a star-studded ensemble including Ajay Devgn, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor and others. At the trailer launch today, Kareena opened up about representing Sita in the film.
Kareena Kapoor Khan playfully shared that Rohit Shetty’s films are incomplete without her. She said, “Ramayana me Sita naa ho aisa ho nahi sakta aur Rohit Shetty ki film me Kareena Kapoor nahi ho aisa ho nahi sakta.”

She added, “Thank you to Rohit and Ajay for always wanting me and for giving me a special role in this male-centric cop-verse. And in this film to represent Sita Maa, I’m very honoured and overwhelmed.”
Kareena has been a frequent collaborator with Rohit Shetty. She last worked with him in the 2010 film Golmaal 3.
In Singham Again, she is set to reprise her role as Avni Bajirao Singham opposite Ajay Devgn. The film releases in theatres on November 1, 2024.
