Alia Bhatt hits the gym before jetting off on a holiday

Alia Bhatt is fully committed to her fitness regime as she prepares for her upcoming films, Love & War and Alpha. Her trainer, Karan Sawhney, recently shared a video on Instagram, giving fans a glimpse of her intense workout. The clip features Alia confidently performing pull-ups, overcoming her initial hesitation, and finishing with a proud smile. She also worked on a pulley machine, dressed in sleek black athleisure with her hair neatly tied in a bun, exuding determination.

On the professional front, Alia is working on Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War, an epic period drama slated for a March 20, 2026 release. The film reunites her with Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal, promising a grand cinematic experience under Bhansali’s iconic direction.  

In addition, Alia will headline Alpha, a female-led spy thriller from Yash Raj Films’ Spy Universe. Featuring Sharvari, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol as the antagonist, the action-packed film is scheduled for a Christmas 2025 release in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. Fans are eagerly awaiting this project, which will expand the popular Spy Universe franchise.
