Mumbai Police nabs Saif Ali Khans attacker in Thane

In a major breakthrough, the Mumbai Police has reportedly arrested the intruder who had attacked Saif Ali Khan at his home in Bandra.

As per reports on a leading news portal, the suspect who is being identified as Vijay Das, was picked up from Thane. The Police also divulged details about the arrest revealing that Das was employed as a waiter at a restaurant. He allegedly used multiple names, including Vijay Das, Bijoy Das, and Mohammed Iliyas.

On Thursday, a man broke into Saif Ali Khan’s 11th-floor home. After an altercation with the family’s nanny which left her injured, he attacked Saif when he tried to intervene.

Saif Ali Khan was stabbed six times. He sustained two deep wounds and one that was close to his spine. He was taken to Lilavati Hospital by his family in an autorickshaw, where he underwent surgery.
