My Melbourne, an anthology featuring four unique stories directed by Kabir Khan, Imtiaz Ali, Rima Das, and Onir, is hitting Indian cinemas on March 14, 2025. Created by Mitu Bhowmick Lange’s production house, the film brings together cultures from India and Australia. It has already earned praise after its premieres at film festivals in Melbourne and Mumbai.

The anthology covers meaningful themes like race, gender, sexuality, and disability, told in multiple languages such as English, Hindi, Bengali, Dari, and Auslan. It includes Nandini by Onir, Setara by Kabir Khan, Emma by Rima Das, and Jules, guided by Imtiaz Ali. Each story offers a heartfelt look at human connection and societal issues.

Producer Mitu Bhowmick Lange shared that the project is about telling meaningful stories that connect people. Kabir Khan said his film Setara explores resilience and identity, while Rima Das, Onir, and Imtiaz Ali highlighted how the project celebrates diversity and gives a voice to important topics.
