Hosted by Pushing Buttons Studios, the event celebrated Shuchi Talati’s feature directorial debut, which stars debutants Preeti Panigrahi and Kesav Binoy Kiron alongside the renowned Kani Kusruti.

The screening saw an impressive guest list, including co-producer Richa Chadha and executive producer Ali Fazal, who shared insights about the film’s journey. Notable attendees included Divya Dutta, Vijay Verma, Aditi Rao Hydari, Konkona Sen Sharma, Bhuvan Bam, Dia Mirza, and more, reflecting its widespread anticipation within the industry.
Having triumphed at major festivals like Sundance, TIFF, and Cannes, the film has won global acclaim, including the Audience Award at Sundance. It tells the poignant story of 18-year-old Mira, whose coming-of-age struggles mirror those of her mother in a tale of rebellion and self-discovery.

Produced by Richa Chadha, Claire Chassagne, and Shuchi Talati under the banners of Pushing Buttons Studios, Dolce Vita Films, and Crawling Angel Films, the film is now streaming in India on Prime Video in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
