Arjun Kapoor reveals he hounded Rohit Shetty for work

Arjun Kapoor will be seen in a new avatar in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again. The trailer of the star-studded film was released today, and it sees Arjun in the role of a menacing villain. However, this role did not come easily to him.
During the trailer launch of the film, the actor revealed that he had to ‘hound’ Rohit Shetty for years to be able to be a part of his team. Talking about being cast in Singham Again, he said, “I feel honoured and blessed that Rohit sir chose me to be a part of this film. I’ve been to cinema halls to watch Golmaal and Singham. I, in fact, even reached out to him wanting to work with him.”
He continued, “Whenever I saw ‘Rohit Shetty and team’, I wanted to be a part of that team. I watched Singham at Chandan Cinemas. I watched Singham Returns in Gaiety. After watching Golmaal 3, I had hounded him and told him how much I wanted to work with him”. Singham Again features an ensemble cast including Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, Jackie Shroff and others.
It is scheduled to release on 1st November.
