Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh Take a Flat on Lease for Rs 7 Lakhs

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh recently welcomed their daughter, Dua Padukone Singh. Now, it is being reported that the star couple took an apartment on lease for Rs 7 lakhs near Mumbai’s Siddhivinayak Temple.

According to a real estate consultant, the flat is situated in Mumbai’s upscale Beau Monde Towers Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. It comes with a monthly rent of Rs 7 lakhs. The flat has a built-up area of 3,245 sq ft and a carpet area of 2,319.50 sq ft, along with three dedicated car parking spaces.

The lease has been fixed for a period of 36 months. The monthly rent is set at Rs 7 lakh for the first 18 months, but it is expected to rise to Rs 7.35 lakh for the remaining 18 months. Deepika also owns another property in Beau Monde Towers.

Apart from Siddhivinayak Temple, the area is also close to Dadar Chowpatty Beach and Shivaji Park.
