Is Shah Rukh Khan Moving Out of Mannat?

Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic home, Mannat, is a daily attraction for fans who gather outside, hoping to catch a glimpse of him. But starting this May, they’ll only see construction workers as the mansion undergoes renovation and expansion. The much-loved sea-facing bungalow is set for major changes, meaning SRK and his family will have to move out temporarily. This news has already left fans curious about where the superstar will stay during this period.
For the next two years, while the extension work is carried out, the superstar and his family will shift to a luxury apartment in Pali Hill, Bandra. SRK has leased four floors of Puja Casa, a building owned by film producer Vashu Bhagnani’s children, Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshika Deshmukh. While the new place isn’t as massive as Mannat, sources say it has enough space to accommodate his security team and staff. The move ensures that SRK and his family continue to enjoy comfort and privacy while Mannat gets its facelift.
As per reports, SRK’s company, Red Chillies Entertainment, recently signed a lease agreement for the apartment, with a monthly rent of ₹24 lakh for the four floors. The move follows Gauri Khan’s request last November to the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) for approval to add two more floors to the Mannat annexe. Given Mannat’s prime location and heritage status, the expansion process is expected to be closely monitored by authorities.
Over the past couple of years, many industrialists, real estate moguls, and cricketers have expanded their coastal properties using a 2019 amendment in Floor Space Index rules. However, when approached for comments on the development, both Jackky Bhagnani and SRK’s manager, Pooja Dadlani, remained unavailable for a response. Fans and media are eagerly waiting for an official confirmation from the actor or his team.
