Kal Ho Naa Ho to Re-Release in Theatres on THIS Date

Kal Ho Naa Ho starring Shah Rukh Khan, Preity Zinta and Saif Ali Khan is set to re-release in theatres soon. On Tuesday, Dharma Productions confirmed that the Nikkhil Advani directorial will run in theatres 21 years after its initial release.
The production house took to social media to announce the news. They wrote, “‘Laal ab sabke dil ka haal hai’, hone wala ab kamaal hai!”

The film will re-release in theatres on November 15, 2024.

Recently, several films have returned to theatres including Khabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Veer-Zaara, Laila Majnu, Rockstar, Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein and more. These opened up packed screens and it looks like studios are taking notice of the audiences’ reception.
In an exclusive interview with Filmfare, Nikkhil Advani opened up about why Kal Ho Naa Ho worked. He shared, “Honesty. Just plain honesty. We all manipulate drama, emotion, and characters to do what we want them to do, to tell the story we want them to tell. But I don’t think it was ever done in keeping with a Friday number or a Saturday number or a Sunday number.
