K-drama fans, brace yourselves for a fresh office romance.

The makers of upcoming tv series My Dearest Nemesis, have unveiled the show’s first look poster. It has Moon Ga-young and Choi Hyun-wook playing the lead roles.

The newly released poster was dropped by tvN on January 13, 2025.

It shows Moon Ga-young leaning against an office desk. She dishes out corpcore vibes in a pink co-ord set.

Choi Hyun-wook is seen casually reading a manhwa (Korean comics) under the desk. Several manga posters are pasted in the space beneath the desk.

The text beside Moon Ga-young, on the poster, read, “My first love and most embarrassing past.”

Meanwhile, the write-up next to Choi Hyun-Wook’s picture, says, “Meeting him again as my boss.”

Based on a webtoon, My Dearest Nemesis is directed by Lee Soo-Hyun. The quirky love story revolves around Baek Su Jung (Moon Ga-young) and Ban Joo Yeon (Choi Hyun-wook).

The two meet each other during their school days but as their online game characters. 16 years later, they meet again by fate in real life, as a boss and an employee.

Baek Su Jung is the team leader of the Yongseong Department Store.

Facing every challenge that life throws at her, she has become a woman unafraid of confronting her superiors and executives at the office.

Baek Su Jung is unwilling to endure any wrongdoing silently, and has aptly earned the tag of an Executive Killer.

Ban Joo Yeon, on the other hand, is a perfectionist. He is the heir of their family business—Yongseong Department Store.

However, Ban Joo Yeon has an alter ego, Black Dragon, that he hides from the rest of the world. He is a fan of otaku (a person who is interested in anime, manga, and video games), but seeks recognition as a corporate successor.

My Dearest Nemesis also features Moon Woo-jin, Kim Young-ah, Ban Hyo-jung, Go Chang-suk, Im Se-mi, and Kwak Si-yang in key roles.

The show will premiere on February 17, 2025 on tvN.
