Popular South Korean Actress Jang Mi Ja Passes Away

Talented veteran actress Jang Mi Ja has passed away at the age of 84. She worked in the South Korean film industry 66 years and greatly contributed with her characters and incredible acting skills.
As per reports from South Korean media channels, Mi Ja was suffering from a chronic ailment, which led to her death. Her husband Park Woong and their two sons have arranged a memorial in Jongno-gu, Seoul, where they are attending visitors.
Her body lies at the Seoul National University Hospital. The funeral procession will take place on January 29 at 6 am KST at the Seoul City Cemetery.
