Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal were blessed with a baby girl on July 16 this year, two years after the love birds tied the knot. Prior to getting married, the actor-couple dated for nearly eight years. Recently, in an interview, they revealed the name of their daughter – Zuneyra Ida Fazal.
During the interview, Ali said, “Having a baby fills a void that you weren’t even aware existed. That part never ceases to amaze me. It’s freakin’ hard to work now. I have serious anxiety when I leave home because I just want to see my baby Zuneyra all the time and be around Richa and her.”
During the interview, Richa also revealed that she was against having a child earlier and the reason was climate change. She said, “Ali is very mindful of single-use plastics, more so for the baby. A year ago, I was firmly against having a child, and climate change was a very big reaon. Dia Mirza, a really good friend of mine, actually lives her truth. Many of the baby items in my home are from when she was pegnant.”
Ali Fazal was most recently seen in the third season of Mirzapur. Richa Chadha was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heeramandi.
