Saif Ali Khan is likely to be discharged in two days following a surgery after being stabbed by an intruder at his Bandra home. The actor has also been advised complete bed rest to recover.
On Friday, the doctors held a press conference and revealed that even though Saif is doing fine, he has been advised rest for some time. While the surgery was successful the doctors have also noted that it would take some time for the wounds to get better. The actor has been asked to restrict his movements for almost a week.
During the press conference, the doctors have also mentioned that Saif is under observation and might be discharged soon. Kareena Kapoor Khan also issued a statement while asking the media and paparazzi to not speculate unnecessarily over the family’s private matters. “It has been an incredibly challenging day for our family, and we are still trying to process the events that have unfolded. I respectfully and humbly request that the media and paparazzi refrain from relentless speculation and coverage. The constant scrutiny and attention are not only overwhelming but also pose a significant risk to our safety. I kindly request your cooperation during this sensitive time,” her statement read.
