Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s father, Salim Khan, faced a disturbing incident during his routine morning walk on Thursday. A woman dressed in a burqa reportedly threatened the veteran writer, mentioning gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, whose name has been tied to previous threats against the Khan family.

The incident occurred near the Bandra promenade when Salim Khan was taking a break on a bench. According to reports, a person on a scooter, accompanied by the woman, circled around before stopping to approach him. The woman confronted Salim Khan, asking, “Should I call Lawrence Bishnoi?” This incident comes just months after gunshots were fired at Salman Khan’s residence, which is believed to be linked to the Bishnoi gang.

Salim Khan immediately lodged a complaint with the Bandra Police, who have taken the matter seriously. CCTV footage from the area is being reviewed, and police have detained the couple responsible for the confrontation. Officials stated that the incident appears to be a prank, but the investigation is ongoing to ensure the safety of the Khan family, who have faced multiple threats in the past.
