Salman Khan And Atlees 500 Crore Film Put On Hold?
2 min read
Salman Khan and Atlee were scheduled to collaborate for the director’s next project, titled A6. It reportedly had a monumental budget of Rs 500 crores. There were reports of the director signing Rajinikanth or Kamal Haasan in the actioner, but the same didn’t see the light of the day. Now, the movie has been put on hold until further confirmation.
The production house is particular about casting South superstars. They reportedly didn’t want to go on with the movie when Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan weren’t cast. “When Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan conversation fell through, Sun Pictures didn’t want to associate themselves with an International Film devoid of South stars. That’s when they told Atlee to hold on to the things and rework,” it added.
However, there is no need to lose hope yet. As per reports, Salman and Atlee are trying to resolve the issues with the production house. “Both the power houses want to collaborate and do this film, as its a dream they want to bring to life. We will get a clear picture of the scenario of A6 with Salman by the end of March,” the latest reports suggest.
