The world of Citadel expands to India with the trailer launch of Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan’s Citadel: Honey Bunny. It is a spin-off to the American series Citadel and the Indian version is helmed by Raj & DK.
It follows Honey, a struggling actress and Bunny, a stuntman who enter the world of espionage. Years later, as their past catches up, they unite to protect their daughter Nadia.
The trailer launch event in the city was attended by director duo Raj & DK, Samantha, Varun, Kashvi Majumdar (Nadia), along with other cast members.
For the event, Samantha and Varun twinned in black. The actress wore a black dress and tied her hair in a pony. Varun, on the other hand, donned a white shirt with a black blazer and bell bottoms of the same colour.
