The award was presented by the Hon’ble Governor of West Bengal, Shri C.V. Ananda Bose, during a grand ceremony at Raj Bhavan, Kolkata. This esteemed recognition celebrates Kher’s exceptional talent, dedication, and impactful journey in the world of films.
