Varun Dhawan teases Border 2 on Republic Day

Anticipation has been high regarding the film Border 2. On Republic Day, actor Varun Dhawan made his fans even more excited as he dropped hints about the sequel of the hit film. He took to his Instagram story section to post a video from his car that showed children holding the National flag as they celebrated Republic Day.
He added the song Sandese Aate Hai from Sunny Deol’s Border and captioned the post as “Border 2”.
He also shared a photo holding the Tiranga and wrote alongside it, “On this Republic Day, let’s celebrate the strength of our unity. #JaiHind #1yeartoborder2”.
Meanwhile, the actor started shooting for the film earlier this month in Madhya Pradesh.
Last month, singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh, too, shared a sneak peek from the sets of Border 2. The film has a star-studded lineup that includes Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh and Ahan Shetty.
Border 2 directed by Anurag Singh is set to carry forward the legacy of the iconic original. The original, which was released in 1997 featured Sunny Deol, Suniel Shetty, Jackie Shroff, Akshaye Khanna and more in key roles.
