Watch: Alia Bhatt gets cooking lessons from mom Soni Razdan

When Alia Bhatt isn’t impressing us with her acting chops, she’s busy treating us to glimpses of her personal life. Recently, the actress shared a new video on her YouTube channel. In it, she joined her mother, actress Soni Razdan in the kitchen. Alia shared a teaser of the video on her social media handle.

In the video, Alia Bhatt can be seen stirring up a storm as she tries to make mac and cheese. Soni Razdan can be seen guiding her and laughing at her goof-ups. It’s as adorable as it gets. Sharing the video, Alia wrote, “First attempt at my favourite food – ft. Mama dearest.”

The video also sees Alia breaking a whisk while making the sauce for mac and cheese. This left Soni in splits. Needless to say, fans are loving the unfiltered moment.

Alia Bhatt’s latest work buzz

Recently, Alia attended ace filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s birthday bash along with her husband, actor Ranbir Kapoor. The couple was joined by Vicky Kaushal, with whom Alia and Ranbir are working in Bhansali’s upcoming film Love and War. The three took a short break from their night shoot to join the intimate celebration. So far, plot details about Love & War have been kept under wraps.

Love & War marks Alia’s next collaboration with Sanjay Leela Bhansali after Gangubai Kathiawadi. The film will also mark Ranbir Kapoor’s next project with Bhansali after his debut film, Saawariya which released in 2007. The film will arrive in cinemas on March 20, 2026.
