Why was Taylor Swift and other Chiefs WAGs wearing white at Super Bowl?

Taylor Swift, Brittany Mahomes, Erica Watson and more wore white ensembles during Super Bowl 2025. While the main reason for the same is unknown, many have speculated that it was a calculated move to support their better halves during the game.

Taylor Swift arrived at the game to support her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce in a white tank Alaïa tan top and Saint Laurent blazer, bejewelled Monday Denim hot pants and thigh-high Paris Texas boots. Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ wife Brittany Mahomes donned a custom Chiefs jeans, a corset and cropped jacket. Chiefs wide receiver Justin Watson’s wife Erica Watson wore a white jumpsuit with embellished accents. Interestingly, her husband’s number 84 was written across her chest.

Many fans have speculated on social media that the white colour scheme was intentional. The WAGs were likely honouring the white jerseys that the Chiefs had donned for the game.
